For those who have not been before we have the following info-

FAQ

  • CAN WE CAMP AS A GROUP.

Yes, of course. But we must know well in advance to set aside an area for you, as you may not all arrive together. Phone Leonie on 0408 112 613 with details of all in your group.

  •  WHERE WILL I SET UP?

On arrival you will be given a mud map and instructions to show you where to set up.

  • WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

There are many portaloos scattered amongst the campsites. No need to walk too far. They are emptied and cleaned regularly.

  • IS WATER AVAILABLE?

Water is available (both drinking and bore) but you will need a container to transport it to your van.

  • ARE THERE SHOWERS?

There are hot showers available next door for a small fee.

  • IS THERE A DUMP POINT?

Every couple of days you will be notified that a truck will be around to take your black waste.

  • ARE THERE SULLAGE POINTS?

While it is acceptable to let your grey water run on the ground we ask that you keep it as clean as possible and not allow the ground to get too wet by regularly moving your hose.

  • CAN I USE A GENERATOR?

Yes, but please respect your fellow campers by keeping it to a minimum. NO GENERATORS after dark.

  • CAN I CHARGE MY PHONE?

There will be power available at the stage area.

  • CAN I BRING MY DOG?

We love fur babies at Bony Mountain, but as we are a rural property and have much wildlife to consider, we must insist that your dog is on a leash AT ALL TIMES. And as there will be lots of people walking around, we ask that you clean up those little deposits! Sociable dogs only please.

  •  CAN I HAVE A CAMPFIRE

We will have our huge fire drums burning around the stage area again this year. If you wish to have a small campfire outside your abode, we ask that you bring your own firewood as much wildlife depends on the logs and dry wood we have on the property. Of course we will abide by any fire bans, so CHECK ON ARRIVAL if it is OK.
