OUR BIGGEST LINE UP SO FAR!

Hard to top last year-but with three Bands- several Songwriters- Gold Guitar winners- Best Bush Balladeers- World class Celtic Dancers- Best Pipe Bands- not to mention our fabulous Wheatvale Primary School kids-singing their little hearts out! (Wait there's more) Our Ukulele Master Mick- will present his Ukulele Students onstage -on Sunday! WOW! plus of course our Walk Ups- some absolute crackers there-every year! Also Australia's most exciting Fiddle PLayer-Pixie -Paul Jenkins- Presenting his new album . Our Hostess Norma O'Hara Murphy- launching her brand new Celtic Album- a much anticipated - collection of original songs- songs about the Titanic- old classics- Galway Bay & Loch Lomond- Norma's own versions- plus a heap of brand new songs from one of Australias finest! And once again Dudley Monument- returns with that fabulous (Slim Dusty) mobile exhibition! and of course all the usual great food- top steaks-hot chips- from our famous (Shack) -and much , much more!  Our trusty MC Garry Fogarty- as always runs a tight ship & is a great entertainer -remember the Doggie Parade last year! Be sure to bring along your little champion- dress them up! anyone can win- special trophy for BEST IN SHOW!    

CAMP OVEN COOK UP-ON OUR LAST NIGHT!

Camp ovens will feature on our last night-as we say farewell for another year! after so many highlights it always leaves us a bit flat on Monday when you all leave! so we are going to treat you with a special feast next year! Camp Ovens/Hot Damper/Irish Stew/Bread & Butter Pudding/and Dumplings -topped off with some Mulberry Mull Wine- at our Bush Camp Cafe!  on Sunday night. By the way we raised $75 for Blush Foundation- from our Mull Wine this year! all proceeds from that will go to Blush Breast Care Nurses - again in 2019.

A CELTIC FEAST FOR 2019 FESTIVAL

A Celtic feast indeed- for 2019- with our Celtic Dancers-our Feature Band- String Loaded. An Award winning family group- featuring two amazing fiddlers! and some classic songs! With tartans-kilts & a wonderful blend of Scotland-Ireland they are a feast for our senses! Our Balladeers for 2019 are Keith Jamieson & Alisha- & catlyn- and the Bushranger himself- John Smith. Warwick Pipe Thistle Band will feature as always-and always a crowd favourite! with members ranging from very young- with some founding members- who all look magnificent & do us proud every year! The band are all in this photo with Anne & Dianne & I- all at the dedication of the stone!(shown below) Pretty hard to top this year with our Slim Dusty theme! but our 2019 Program will have some very special Bands & artists. We will introduce Jim Williams (Songwriter)- Songwriters & a breath of fresh air into the music scene! Also on Friday night- a brand new Band- ( Open Season ) 6 piece Bluegrass/Celtic/Country/folk  and will rock the Mountain for 2019. Introducing our exciting new faces- (String Loaded) a family band featuring two gorgeous young fiddlers!  Pixie will also present his new Celtic Album & blow your socks off!  more details soon

Somehow to me the Slim Dusty theme & the Celtic music go hand in hand. And Slim was very proud of his Irish Heritage as we all are-because it has given us this gift of music! and that truly is something to celebrate!

Errol is a regular here at Bony Mountain - because it is such a great way to start the day! with a good laugh! Sit out in the bush- with the wallabies & koalas-(we even had a big goanna listening this year) ?  and have a good old chill out- He'll be back again for 2019-- some new songs- like -The Cushion song- The Handbag- The Tennis song- The Centrelink song-and many more! Young Errol has been there done that-  tried it all- from Rock Bands-to Country- now Comedy- I think he has found his niche? what do you reckon? 

OUR VERY OWN BLUE VIOLETS!

Discovered these two gorgeous gals during Jumpers & Jazz here in Warwick! They were a big hit last year at Bony Mountain-singing all their (war time songs) some real nostalgia here! but so bright & bubbly we welcome them back to Bony Mountain stage for 2019

PIRATES & FAIRIES AND FOODIES! GREAT BUSH TUCKER.

Our Captain Jack- & his band of Celtic Pirates! in their fabulous Costumes-get right into the spirit every year- with the Pirate Parade- Treasure Hunt- Face Painting & free activities for the kids! We cater for everyone here-the food ranges from Steak & chips- to Fish & chips- there will be Irish Stew & Damper- and Roast Pork (on a spit) at the Bush Camp Cafe next year! There is a whisper we might have some Indian curry on one night as well. As well as our Camp Oven cooking!  we had some hiccups this year- but next year it will happen on Sunday night. So something to look forward to- we all love our Camp Oven food!
